Chi City Hoods Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order and experience on chicityhoods.shop. If you need to return an item, here are your options:
- Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Returns: You are responsible for return postage. Refunds will be issued as store credit only (sale items are exchange only).
- Return Window: You have 15 days from delivery to file a return claim. Store credit is for the purchase price only, excluding shipping fees.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement with a prepaid return label for U.S. customers. For international returns, contact us for instructions.
- Exclusions: No returns or exchanges on items purchased more than 15 days ago, purchased with store credit, or bought at events/retailers. Sale items, swimwear, intimates, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday purchases are final.
