Returns & Exchanges

Store Credit Only

We do not issue cash or card refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Eligibility (New Condition Only)

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that fail inspection will be denied and returned at your expense.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email customerservice@chicityhoods.shop with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

    • Option A: Customer ships the return at their expense.

    • Option B: We provide a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your store credit.

  3. After inspection (allow 5–7 business days from receipt), store credit will be issued for the merchandise subtotal.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We don’t hold inventory for exchanges. Instead, eligible returns receive store credit; you can use your credit to place a new order.

Damages / Wrong Item

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email customerservice@chicityhoods.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale, discounted, or limited-edition drop items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Any item not in new condition

Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once scanned in by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier office first.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel/return for any reason. Items must be in new condition with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Approved returns will receive store credit, not a refund.
